Terms and Conditions 1. If repair goes ahead, you will be recommended and responsible for paying for the repair and minimum service charge. 2. Where you do use, or hold yourself out as using the repair service for the purpose of a business, then the Consumer Guarantees Act statutory guarantees do not apply and liability of any kind is excluded. 3. If you are given loan equipment, it must be returned within 7 days after you (a) Notify that equipment submitted for repair can not be repaired or, (b) Had decided not to proceed with any service 4. If you damage/lose or do not return the loan equipment, you will be charged for its repair or replacement. 5. If you can not be contacted after 60 days from service completion or assessment, Mobilefone Rescue Ltd. Will reserve the right to keep the mobile phone. 6. Any charges owing by you under these terms and conditions may be billed directly to your account. 7. Mobilefone Rescue Ltd. will not be liable for phones lost or damaged in transit by courier. 8. Mobilefone Rescue Ltd. will not be liable for any data loss during repair. * General Repair--Phones repaired by Mobilefone Rescue Ltd. will hold a three month warranty on the parts we repaired from date of completion on invoice. ** Special Repair--Mobilefone Rescue Ltd. Will not be liable for refund of any deposits or moneys paid in the event that a mobile phone is proven to have been impact damaged, liquid damaged and/or is a dead phone as detailed below. 1. Mobile phones found to be liquid damaged, impact damage or dead phones will not be covered by the standard three month Mobilefone Rescue warranty. 2. Impact Damage: Where evidence of physical damage caused by outside force is apparent on any part of the mobile phone (Cracked LCD in included). 3. Dead Phone: Whereby the mobile phone cannot power on, or is unable to power on fully. I have read and agree to these terms and conditions.*
